Awful service. They cancelled my contract with no warning and then made me pay a fee to reinstate it, even though I have been paying the bills on time every month. Then, when you need service, they never give you an exact time of when the person should arrive. Then, after waiting for hours for this person and having called several times to verify that someone is coming, they just fail to show up. Upon calling again, the customer service refuses to apologize about the situation. All around awful company. I wish there were an alternative.

I got 2 bills in a week and in different numbers even I went to the hall the assistant couldn’t explain well for those numbers. I shouldn’t complain cause in the end my price dropped from 140 to 61 and they ask me pay immediately . But I worrying about number next month cause the receipt that I got shows wrong number and date still . \u200d️

Very efficient in handling my transfer of a contract. Ana and Teresa were friendly and professional. No complaints and honestly superb for a utility monopoly
